When staff publish an award, the public portal shows who won, every bid as opened, how the panel scored it and the contract that followed. Spending and competition pages draw on the same records. None of it needs an account.

The bid tabulation is included because the bids have been opened under the portal rules, or the award has been published.

What every packet leaves out

  • Document files themselves. documents.csv lists each one, and each downloads from the solicitation page.
  • Government estimates stored on the solicitation, award internal notes and evaluator notes.
  • Correspondence that was never entered in the portal. The Procurement Office can still provide it on request.
