Readiness checklist

Know what blocks your bid and what only needs a note.

The bid workspace checks your bid against the solicitation every time the page loads. Each open item says whether it stops submission or only needs your acknowledgment, and links to the place that fixes it.

The product's own rule: A hard requirement blocks submission until it is met. A warning lets the bidder submit with the gap, on the record, after acknowledging it.

The time the portal received the bid, shown in the agency's time zone.
What came with it
The files received and the addenda you acknowledged, counted on the receipt.
A version history
Resubmitting keeps your confirmation number, records a new submission time and writes a new receipt.

Bid history

See what happened to every bid.

Once the agency publishes the award, your bid history shows who won, what they bid, how many companies bid and where you placed. Until then it says so plainly.
Nothing estimated
Where the agency has not released a figure, the page says Not published. It never fills the gap with a guess.
A win rate with its denominator
Only bids with a published award count. A bid still under evaluation is never counted as a loss.
