Product

One award file for the whole solicitation.

Invite the bid, hold it sealed, evaluate it with the team, and publish the summary the jurisdiction chooses to release.

The file

What stays in the jacket.

A solicitation, the responses, and the notes the evaluation team writes. Prices stay in the jacket until opening. The public summary is a separate sheet, posted only when the jurisdiction releases it.

  • The solicitation goes out with a closing time.
  • Each vendor submits into a closed file.
  • Other prices stay out of sight until opening.
  • The public summary carries only what the city posts.

Questions officers ask

Is City of Westbridge a customer?

No. Westbridge is a fictional city used in the demo. It is not a live deployment, and this site does not list real customers.

When do bid prices stay sealed?

Before award, competitor pricing stays sealed from other vendors and the public. The seal opens when the bidding period ends.

What can the public read afterward?

A public summary can show the awardee, the amount or scope as released, the timeline, and the rationale the jurisdiction chooses to release.

Do you publish certifications or usage numbers?

No. AwardBeam does not display certification marks, customer logos, or performance statistics on this site.

How is a pilot priced?

Pricing depends on volume and on whether you need hosted production or a guided pilot on the demo stack. There is no public rate card.
