Section 1: Using this site
Link to section 1, Using this siteThis site describes AwardBeam, procurement software for local governments, and is operated by AwardBeam LLC. These terms are between you and AwardBeam LLC. You may read the site, print it and share it.
You may quote or copy its text into a staff report, a council memo or a procurement file, as long as you do not change what it says.
Section 2: Demonstration data is fictional
Link to section 2, Demonstration data is fictionalThe City of Westbridge, and the people, companies, amounts and records shown in product scenes, are demonstration data. The city does not exist. A match with a real person or business is a coincidence.
Section 3: Product descriptions
Link to section 3, Product descriptionsPages describe the product as of the date at the top of each page. The product changes, and these pages change with it.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. What an agency buys, and on what terms, is set by a written agreement signed by both sides. There is no public rate card.
Section 4: The live demonstration is a separate application

- Its data can be reset, changed or removed at any time.
- Do not enter real bid information, taxpayer numbers or personal data into it.
- Staff demonstration accounts are provided privately, on request.
Section 5: No warranty for the demonstration
Link to section 5, No warranty for the demonstrationThe demonstration is provided as is, for evaluation only. It may be unavailable, slow, reset or wrong at times, and AwardBeam makes no promise that it is fit for any particular purpose. Do not use it to run a real procurement.

Link to section 6, Acceptable usePlease do not try to disrupt this site or the demonstration, overload them, reach accounts or data that are not yours, or copy them in bulk by automated means. If you find a security problem, report it through the contact form as the security page describes.
Section 7: Names, marks and content
Link to section 7, Names, marks and contentThe AwardBeam name, its mark, and the text and product scenes on this site belong to AwardBeam LLC. Quoting them to describe or evaluate AwardBeam is welcome. Please do not use the name or mark in a way that suggests AwardBeam endorses you or your agency.
