Staff features

Staff screens need a private account.

Sealed receipts, recording the opening, evaluation, Vendor Scout and the audit log sit behind private staff accounts and an authenticator code, as they would in your agency. We show them to you in a walkthrough.

Demonstration accounts are provisioned privately. No demo password is published on this site.

  1. Staff walkthrough. An authenticator code is entered and confirmed: 4 8 2 9 1 3.
  2. Sealed receipts: Before the deadline, staff see how many bids arrived and when. No names, no amounts. Shown in the walkthrough.
  3. Recording the opening: An officer records the opening once, after the deadline, with witnesses and notes. Shown in the walkthrough.
  4. Evaluation: Evaluators record a conflict of interest declaration before they can open proposals. Shown in the walkthrough.
  5. Vendor Scout: Staff review each company it finds, and nothing is sent until they press send. Shown in the walkthrough.
  6. The audit log: Every recorded action, in order. The database refuses edits and deletes. Shown in the walkthrough.
